Poster Submission Rules
Below are all the relevant information for E-POSTER presentations. Please note all deadlines!
Poster Presenters
Digital Poster Submission Required: All poster presenters are required to submit a digital poster. The goal of the digital poster is to have a digital version that looks exactly like the physical poster. Please know that all posters will be presented as e-posters and that printed posters will not be displaid. The deadline to submit your digital poster is Sunday, September 9, 2012.
Digital Poster Instructions:
- All digital posters must be submitted online via the customized linked that has been emailed to all poster presenters. No digital poster submissions will be accepted via email.
- All digital poster submissions must be saved as a JPEG, PDF or PPT file.
- Digital posters must not contain any audio, video or moving images.
- Image files must be saved at 72 dpi.
- Image dimensions must be over 1000 by 1000 pixels.
- Image file sizes must be under 20 MB.

Poster file name must contain only small caps a-z characters, 0-9 numbers and no space. Instead of space use underscore _ (standard file name rules apply). Look at some examples bellow:
- Correct: poster_acute_abdomen_1_from_john_doe.jpg
- Wrong: Poster Acute Abdomen #1 From Jöhn Doé!.JPG
