Registration Fees
- LiveStream Registration Fee: 100 EUR
- Early Registration Fee: 350 EUR
- Late Registration Fee: 380 EUR
- On Site Fee: 400 EUR
- Accompany Person Fee: 170 EUR
- Gala Dinner Fee for Participants: 50 EUR
Deadlines:
- July 31, 2012. (Tuesday) - Deadline for Early Registration at reduced Fee
- September 30, 2012. (Sunday) - Deadline for Late Registration
- After 01 October and On-site the Fee will be 400 Euro

Confirmation of Registration
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and the payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the letter of confirmation at the Registration desk at the Congress to pick up your materials.
Please note the deadline July 31, 2012 to benefit from the reduced rates. Registration Forms without payment cannot be processed. Early Registration Fees will only be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on July 31, 2012 at the latest.

Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. To simplify the identification of your payment please enclose a copy of your bank transfer with the registration form and send it to the Congress Secretariat by fax: +385 1 4854 580 or by email to: info@conventuscredo.hr
Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent together with the Registration Form.
CREDIT CARDS
Only Mastercard, VISA, Diners and American Express credit cards are accepted. According to the Croatian law, credit cards will be charged in local currency Croatian Kuna (HRK).
Cancellation and Refund
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations received by July 31, 2012 > full refund less 30 EUR handling fee
- Cancellations received after July 31, 2012 > no refund
Name Change
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat.
A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.
Name Badge
A badge is required for admittance to all official Congress sessions and events. Each participant is asked to present the badge in order to gain access to the Congress.
The name badge must be worn and clearly displayed at all times.
Lost Name Badge
The name badge must be worn at all times during the Congress. Access to the Congress facilities will not be granted without a proper name badge. If an attendee loses, misplaces or forgets the name badge, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for a new name badge. Upon handing out a new name badge, the lost badge will become invalid.
